If you are using Cherrypop on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Creator Terms

As a creator on Cherrypop, you agree to:

• Fulfill requests in a timely manner according to your stated timelines
• Maintain professional communication with fans
• Comply with all applicable laws and our Content Guidelines
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices

Creators are responsible for setting their own prices and delivery timelines. Once a fan has paid for a request, you are obligated to fulfill it according to the agreed terms or provide a refund.

5. Fan Terms

As a fan using Cherrypop, you agree to:

• Make requests that comply with our Content Guidelines
• Pay for requests upfront as required by the platform
• Maintain respectful communication with creators
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system

All payments are held securely until the creator fulfills the request or the dispute resolution process is completed.

6. Payments and Fees

Cherrypop charges a platform fee on all transactions. The current fee structure is available on our website and may be updated from time to time. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms of service in addition to ours.

Creators will receive payouts according to our Payout Policy. We reserve the right to hold funds in case of disputes or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of all content they create and deliver through the platform, subject to any specific agreements made with fans. By uploading content to Cherrypop, you grant us a limited license to display and transmit that content as necessary to provide our services.

Fans receive a personal, non-commercial license to content they purchase through the platform, unless otherwise agreed with the creator.

You may not use Cherrypop's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Cherrypop to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses
• Engage in spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Create or distribute illegal content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

9. Termination
