This Content Moderation Policy ("Policy") describes how Cherrypop OÜ (17442185), a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia ("Cherrypop", "we", "us", or "our"), reviews, monitors, and enforces rules relating to content and user activity on the Cherrypop platform (the "Platform").
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use & Content Policy.

- all areas of the Platform.

Cherrypop uses a combination of:

Automated tools or internal checks may be used to identify potential violations.
3.3 Manual Review
Flagged content may be reviewed by human moderators.
Cherrypop does not guarantee that all content is reviewed prior to publication.

Upon receiving a report or identifying a potential violation, Cherrypop may:

Actions are determined at Cherrypop's sole discretion and may be taken without prior notice.
7. High-Risk Content
Content that may present increased risk (including but not limited to adult-oriented content) may be subject to:
- additional review;
- stricter enforcement standards;
- temporary or permanent removal.
Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
8. Illegal Content
Where content is identified as potentially illegal, Cherrypop may:
- remove the content immediately;
- suspend or terminate the responsible account;
- preserve relevant data;
- report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9. User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for:
- the content they upload or share;
- their interactions with other Users;
- compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Moderation by Cherrypop does not transfer responsibility from Users to the Platform.
10. Appeals and Disputes
Users may contact Cherrypop at support@cherrypop.io to request a review of moderation decisions.
Cherrypop may, at its sole discretion:
- reconsider decisions;
- uphold or reverse enforcement actions.
There is no obligation to reverse any decision.
11. Limitations
Cherrypop:
- does not guarantee detection or removal of all violating content;
- is not responsible for User Content;
- may act or refrain from acting at its sole discretion.
12. Data and Record Keeping
Cherrypop may retain moderation-related data, including:
- reports submitted by users;
- decisions made;
- related account activity.
Such data may be used for:
- compliance
- dispute resolution
- legal obligations
13. Policy Updates
Cherrypop may update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
