Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.

8. Illegal Content

9. User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for:

Moderation by Cherrypop does not transfer responsibility from Users to the Platform.

10. Appeals and Disputes

Users may contact Cherrypop at support@cherrypop.io to request a review of moderation decisions.

Cherrypop may, at its sole discretion:

• reconsider decisions;
• uphold or reverse enforcement actions.

There is no obligation to reverse any decision.

11. Limitations

Cherrypop:

• does not guarantee detection or removal of all violating content;
• is not responsible for User Content;
• may act or refrain from acting at its sole discretion.
